Devotional List:
Do you have a hard time letting go and trusting God? Part 2 of “God’s Timing” discusses waiting on God’s timing when we feel it’s taking too long in our own timing.
God’s timing is not always in line with what we want for our own timing. This new series on “God’s Timing” gives examples of such times.
Ecclesiastes chapter 3:
Vs. 1: There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens.
Vs. 11: He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.
Never fear “becoming poor in the spirit” as God leads you through paths of righteousness. He wants us in the valleys. He wants us on the mountaintops. He just wants us!
We live in a fast-paced world today. Do you find time in your daily life to spend time with God? Read on to discover the importance of having your own daily chapel with Him.
Have you ever had something on your mind so much that you could not stop thinking about?
Pity Party - are you on the guest list or are you a party crasher? Either way, it’s not easy to move on when we get stuck in this mindset with feelings of despair. Jesus welcomes us to start new in Him each day.
Do you love the ocean and everything contained within? Or do you fear the unknown of what lies beneath? Either way, we have a knowledgeable Captain to take us through “The Sea of Life.” Today’s devotional reassures us that Jesus understands our love or fear, and He is with us each step of the way.
“Love your neighbor as yourself” is scripture found in Luke. But who exactly is God referencing when He tells us to love our neighbor? Only the people that live in the space next to us?
Something that God has put on my heart to talk about today is
“Living for today, not tomorrow.”
The reason I would like to talk about this is that every day we are getting older as you know. Usually with age comes death. Imagine this: What if you had 5 minutes left to live; what would you do, or say? What if you did not know you had 5 minutes left?
